I first reached out to Daniel almost a year ago when we were looking for a rental property. Unable to find anything suitable, I told Daniel that we were no longer going to look at rentals, but because he left such a favorable impression, I would reach out to him later in the year about buying a property. As soon as we were ready, I reached out to Daniel and within 2 days he found us our perfect home. I should also mention that when we were looking to rent, we had tried to work with another realtor; we sent her numerous listings, but in a four-week time period, she only took us to two properties. When we switched to Daniel, he showed us four rental properties in just two days. Not being high-end renters or buyers, we always assume that we will be ignored or treated indifferently, as were by that other realtor, but Daniel was "on the ball", "hustled for us" and nothing but attentive from the very beginning! Daniel is so wonderful at what he does. I look forward to working with him much more in the future. Talk about somebody who makes you comfortable the whole way through. Day or night, weekday, or weekend, Daniel has always been available to me and answered any of my questions promptly, and better yet in detail, with intent of having me truly learn and make the best decisions for myself. It felt to me that my comfort was just as important to him. I just cannot explain the feeling in dealing with Daniel. He is calm and even keeled. In every deal, I suppose there are ups and downs. In some of our anxious moments, Daniel always remained rational and resourceful. Even after our deal closed, he remains there for me. He continues to provide the resources I need to begin this chapter of my life. There was not one part of this process Daniel was not knowledgeable in. With that being said, he was able to relay information to me so easily and clearly, and better yet, in a way that was comprehendible to me. Daniel is 100% an asset to century 21/tenace. The one thing that jumps (that I like the most) about working with Daniel Ramos, is his responsiveness. He always answered the phone --- he always replied right away to an email or text --- he always availed himself (often on short notice) to address my needs (e.g., showings, research, etc.).
He always gave me sound advice when purchasing these properties. Never did I feel like closing a deal came before making the right decisions. He earned my trust!

Daniel helped us find a rental two years ago when we were new to the area. I know that there is not much of a commission for a rental but he spent a lot of time with us regardless. I remembered that. Fast forward two years later, we were ready to buy and Daniel was the first agent I thought of.
I think real estate is a long-game. Daniel put in his time helping us as renters. It involved a lot of running around for not a lot of compensation. He did a great job back then, so it only seemed to make sense to work with him when it came time to buy. He did not disappoint. He was always accessible. He's very organized and made us feel like we were in good hands throughout the entire process. We really lucked out!

Danny is very knowledgeable at providing direction that would best serve myself/his client. During the several times I hired Danny as my realtor (1x for a purchase of a single-family home & 2x for the sale of a single-family homes) I've witness on many occasions how he demonstrated such a great quality service.
As an example, when my house was not FHA approved, for the buyer who was only approved for FHA, Danny didn't hesitate to contact 4-5 contractors that same day to make appointments to arrive on the property to provide a quote for the outside repairs that needed to be completed for FHA approval to be accepted. The 1st buyer and their agent still wanted the house but did not bother to reach out to any contractors to get quote(s) or even bothered to reply back to Danny's email on the lowest quotes we received. Danny has endless other examples on how he handles real estate deals to make it easy for all parties; even if there is no evidence of the other parties trying to make the deal happen. This shows that he stays "hungry" and would go beyond the ordinary real estate agent's job duties to provide quality service in order to make less work for myself/his clients.
He is endless with great communication skills to all the respected parties and is patient when contracts change for whatever reasons.
As examples, I suggested to forward the progress of my house regarding the improvements the contractor was making in order to make the house FHA approved (agreed by myself, the buyer & their agent, and the lender). Danny had already informed the buyer's agent of the progress along with the pictures to ensure all parties were happy with the speed of the progress prior to closing, which shows his communication speed and style since my suggestion was already completed by Danny. During the process of selling 2x properties, and in both cases, the buyers were FHA approved only. And from for these specific deals it was revealed that the buyers had limitations towards resources/funds/etc. Like how we just experienced in the most recent sale, with the buyer being too limited on their own funds while approaching their max on their pre-approval purchase price, it seemed to put the buyer in a situation that furthered their chances of buying the property. So the buyer, in this case, used various requests/negotiation measures to bring the gap of purchasing the property closer to their needs and so it created multitude of additional addendums to the existing contract. However, Danny excelled at being patient during the negotiations while at the same time looking out for my best interest.
He is on-time to meetings/closings/photo shoots/etc. and if he promised to email/call me at a specific time about a situation he followed through his obligation/promise to contact me. In some experiences, he even contacted me even though there was no new news due to a situation where the 3rd party had faulted/delay on their original timeline on getting back to Danny. Yet Danny still took the time to contact me to repeat the status and the next stages. This made me feel important, a valued client during the experiences and would recommend Danny.

Here's my testimonial: in my life I'm not sure who I hated more, car dealers or real estate agents [humor intended]. Daniel Ramos changed my perspective. He was an absolute joy to work with, and I worked him pretty hard. I learned to trust my first real estate agent.
